The Imagine America Foundation, formerly known as the Career Training Foundation, came under Martin’s direction in 1999. Through his leadership, the nonprofit organization has increased its operations and responsibilities to become its own influential organization in the career college sector. Martin was named president and CEO in 2006.
Before joining the Foundation, Martin was an independent consultant serving both public- and private-sector clients with initiatives including government relations and marketing and business development service initiatives. Prior to his consulting work, Martin attained senior positions with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, served as the vice president and executive director of the Center for Workforce Preparation, and worked extensively with senior officials at the U.S. Departments of Education, Labor, and Health and Human Services, as well as the White House and leading business and trade associations.
Chairvolotti holds FINRA Series 7, 24,63 and 66 licenses through LPL Financial and is certified by the Center for Fiduciary Excellence. He is approved by LPL Financial to act as your Retirement Plan 3(38) ERISA Fiduciary Investment Manager.
Chairvolotti earned a BSBA in Finance from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. He has been named one of Financial Times Top Financial Advisers of 2016 and Plan Adviser’s 2017 Top 100 Retirement Plan Advisers.
As Chief Relationship Officer for EducationDynamics, Kreikemeier works with the Imagine America team to drive enrollment growth for schools. She supports the development of strategy to ensure our college and university partners exceed enrollment goals.
With almost 20 years of education marketing experience, Kreikemeier has been an integral part in the continued evolution of education marketing strategy. She is a regular speaker at higher education and marketing conferences, including conferences hosted by UPCEA and the American Marketing Association.
Burke is the Director of High School Recruiting at Porter and Chester Institute and YTI Career Institute, working with their 11 Campuses located in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania. He knows firsthand the importance of maintaining excellence and high standards while helping students find a good fit with their career options after graduation.
Burke has served in several management positions over 34 years including Executive Director/ Vice President, Corporate Director of Admissions/Marketing, Senior Career Program Specialist, Executive Committee and Board of Directors member.
Coyle is the National Director of Counselor and Academic Relationships with Universal Technical Institute. After 25 years in public education as a teacher, coach and high school administrator, he entered the career college sector as Director of Admissions with DeVry University in Kansas City and the Art Institutes in Lenexa, KS.
Coyle is heavily involved with SkillsUSA and FFA. He works with the American School Counselor Association and ACTE, is a member of the Coalition for Career Development in Washington, DC, Board Member of the Alabama STEM Coalition, Board Member of the Texas Industrial Vocational Association and the Association of Workforce Boards in Washington, DC, and more.
At Ambassador Education Solutions, Marc is charged with helping schools understand and deliver effective, affordable course materials models that adapt to the changing needs of students. Marc has a long tenured run in school, technology, and publisher management, giving him unique insights across all facets of higher education. He has held leadership positions at publishing, online learning, and enrollment marketing companies, and led strategy and operations for a career school. Marc has served in countless volunteer positions and on educational boards, and he is a graduate of Miami University and Virginia Commonwealth University.
Neal is president and co-owner of Collegiate Housing Services (CHS) headquartered in Indianapolis, IN. CHS specializes in developing & managing student housing programs for career and community colleges.
Since its founding in 1988, CHS has implemented student housing programs for over 125 college campuses across the country. The company also specializes in corporate/executive stay lodging.
Sheer is the Founder and CEO of Lightning Bolt Media, a higher education marketing firm based in the suburbs of New York City.
Over the past 20 years, he has built a record of success helping colleges and universities meet and exceed enrollment goals by leveraging performance marketing campaigns. Prior to working in higher education marketing, Sheer spent time helping schools to integrate distance learning technology.
Lauren Cunningham serves as the director of operations for the Imagine America Foundation. She is responsible for guiding applicants through the Imagine America High School Scholarship Program, Military Award Program (MAP) and the Adult Skills Education Program (ASEP), all of which help more than 20,000 students each year with tuition assistance.
In addition to working with students, Lauren assists more than 400 career schools and colleges, and 16,000 high school advisers, that participate in the IAF Scholarship and Award Programs. Lauren received a Master's in Education from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Radford University. Prior to joining the foundation, she was an educator for Fairfax County Public Schools in Virginia for ten years.

Brittany Stickl is the New Business Development Consultant at the Imagine America Foundation (IAF).
