The second stop on our Road Map to Counselor/Adviser Success deals with student assessment. Our career assessment "quick quiz" is a shareable survey that can help students decide what kinds of programs to look into. We also have information from the Bureau of Labor Statistics and other data-driven resources you can use to convince students of the importance of trade school or vocational career training.
We created our Road Map to Parent Success to engage parents in this conversation as well. It’s easy for students to feel lost at this time in their lives, with little independent life experience and so many career options to choose from.
