Robert L. Martin assumed the position of President of the Imagine America Foundation (formerly the Career College Foundation) in March 2006. Prior to this, Bob served as the Foundation's Vice President/Executive Director for over six years.
Before joining the Imagine America Foundation, Bob spent six years as a private consultant serving both public- and private-sector clients. In this capacity, Bob provided government relations, marketing and business development services to national trade associations, leading textbook publishers, educational software developers, computer hardware manufacturers and Internet service providers. Prior to private consulting, Bob spent more than 10 years in senior positions at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and most recently was the Vice President/Executive Director of the Center for Workforce Preparation. Under his direction, the Chamber created this Center and developed a national outreach program that now serves the more than 3,000 state and local chambers of commerce nationwide. Bob worked extensively with senior-level officials at the U.S. Departments of Education, Labor, and Health and Human Services, as well as the White House and other leading business/trade associations. Bob directed all research and public policy activities in these areas. In addition, he created the highly successful "Town Hall" satellite meeting series hosted by the Chamber.
Capitol Hill prepared Bob for his tenure at the Chamber of Commerce as he worked on the personal staff of Congressman Robert W. Daniel of Virginia. He also spent five years in state government: three working for the governor's office in the State of Indiana directing state manpower programs, and two as a senior staff associate at the National Governors Association in Washington.
Bob holds a B.S. in Political Science and Business Administration from Central Michigan University and an M.P.A. from Indiana University.

Torian Brown, the Foundation's manager of operations, has more than seven years experience in the career college sector. She currently manages the Foundation's scholarship web site and its three major scholarship programs, Imagine America for high school seniors, the Military Award Program (MAP) and the Adult Skills Education Program (ASEP) for adult learners.
Previously, Torian served as the Foundation's senior scholarship coordinator, and prior to that she worked at the offices of the Career College Association in Washington, DC in their accounting and finance department. Torian holds an A.A in Advertising Art from Prince George's Community College and is currently pursuing a B.A in Business Administration from Trinity College in Washington, D.C.

Kerry Turner serves as the Foundation's manager of marketing and publications. Kerry manages the Foundation's publications, including the Guide to Career Colleges, Fact Book, Student's Guide, the Inside Imagine America online newsletter and various research studies. Kerry also coordinates the Foundation's special award programs like the LDRSHIP Award and the Gail Benjamin Fellowship.
Previously, Kerry worked at the Wall Street law firm, Weitz & Luxenberg, P.C. as a paralegal specializing in product liability mass tort litigation. During her tenure she assisted the firm's lead attorney of the successful Sulzer Orthopedics, Inc. litigation, which resulted in a $1 billion revised plaintiff class settlement. She has also worked at the United Nations' Liaison office of the International YMCA, New York, NY, focusing on children's rights research and assisting in the creation and design of their e-newsletter. Prior to this Kerry worked at the Mooney Media Center in New Rochelle, NY, in their media relations department.
Kerry holds a B.A in Political Science from the College of New Rochelle in New Rochelle, NY, and an M.A. in Congressional Studies from the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC.

Jenny Faubert serves as the Foundation's project coordinator. Jenny has been involved in several publications, including "In Service to America," and is the associate editor of the Foundation's e-newsletter. In addition to publications, Jenny also works with the marketing and operations side of the organization.
Previously, Jenny served as a production assistant on the National Geographic Society's web site. While there, Jenny did research, collected data, and wrote captions for the photo of the day. Additionally, she managed the education guide page, which was updated weekly. Jenny has also worked as an editorial assistant on Voyageur magazine and as a researcher for a National Science Foundation Grant.
Jenny holds a B.A. in Urban and Regional Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.

Chris manages the development of the Imagine America Foundation scholarship award programs and other revenue activities. Chris is the contact for career colleges enrolling in the Imagine America high school scholarship, Military Award Program and the Adult Skills Education Program (ASEP).
Chris joined the Imagine America Foundation after nearly two years in the membership department of the Career College Association. Prior to that, he spent three years working in several capacities at Clayton High School in St. Louis, MO. Chris holds a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis in Economics and Film & Media Studies.

Carol Housman is the accounting manager for the Foundation. She is primarily responsible for preparing financial reports, invoices and payments. Carol has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Maryland with a concentration in Accounting. She has more than fifteen years of financial experience in the non-profit sector, including three years as the financial manger with ACICS. Her most recent position prior to joining the Foundation was as a senior accountant in the Outsourcing Department of a Washington D.C. public accounting firm.

As Outreach Coordinator, Ronnie's primary responsibility is to retain and strengthen superior relationships with participating career colleges of the Imagine America high school and Imagine America-Military Award Programs.
Ronnie has extensive experience has a former Admissions Counselor for Job Corps. Ronnie holds a bachelors degree in Broadcast and Cinema from Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, Michigan.

As Scholarship Services Coordinator, Danica is essential to the operations of the scholarship and award programs. She works closely with high school counselors, parents and students answering any questions pertaining to Imagine America.
Danica holds a bachelors degree in Mass Communications with concentrations in Public Relations, Marketing and Spanish. Danica has a broad range of experience in customer support as a former Customer Support Representative and Trainer.

Patty serves as the executive assistant to the President of the Foundation. She currently organizes the President's schedule, travel, updates and manages the Presidents mail and phone inquiries, is responsible for coordinating the Board of Directors and committee meetings, and manages the everyday administrative duties for the President. She also works with the staff coordinating and planning events and projects.
Patty has 14 years of experience as an assistant to the Tennis Pro where she managed events and activities for a Country Club in Rockville, MD.
